Online gamers who cheat in-game usually end up getting banned from the game, but the people in Roma Victor, a game set in Roman-controlled Britain, have virtually crucified a player for killing other players repeatedly!

A rather unique way of dealing with those pesky PKs (Player Killers) I must say. Nothing annoys an online gamer more than a PK turning up to literally end the fun.

But will such “public shaming” tactics become common and prove more effective than the existing practice of discreetly banning the accounts of such PKs? Time will tell.
