Etherpad Lite on Ubuntu 10.04 with Nginx reverse proxy
Roll your own Typewih.me or Primarypad etc on your own Virtual Private Server (VPS) using Etherpad Lite on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Nginx reverse proxy is used so that the site is accessible over port 80 instead of port 9001.
